Its benefits and uses: The scrub acts as an exfoliant, moisturizer, and brightener all in one. Its most prominent benefits include: Deep exfoliation: It removes dead and damaged skin cells, revealing a new, smoother, and clearer layer. Skin lightening and evening: It helps eliminate pigmentation, dark spots, and discoloration, especially in sensitive areas and skin folds (such as knees and elbows). Skin hydration and softening: Thanks to its natural oils and ingredients, it gives the skin exceptional softness and a silky texture, and reduces dryness. Improved blood circulation: The massage during its use helps stimulate blood circulation, giving the skin a radiant and vibrant appearance. Skin tightening and reducing sagging: It helps increase skin elasticity and firm the body. A distinctive fragrance: It contains distinctive natural perfumes that linger on the body for a long time. Slowing down unwanted hair growth: Some mention that it helps reduce the appearance of unwanted hair with regular use. How to use it: Skin preparation: Washing with lukewarm water: Begin by washing your body with lukewarm or slightly warm water. This helps to open pores and prepare the skin. Drying: Dry your body thoroughly with a soft towel. Applying the scrub: Quantity and consistency: Take an appropriate amount of the scrub (if it's dry, you can mix it with a little water or olive/coconut oil to get a smooth, paste-like consistency). Spreading and rubbing: Put the scrub into your hands and then start rubbing it onto your body in gentle circular motions. This helps to stimulate blood circulation and remove dead skin. Duration: Continue massaging and rubbing for 10-15 minutes. Letting it dry: Waiting: Leave the scrub on your body until it is completely dry; this may take another 10-15 minutes. Removing the scrub: Moisturizing to remove: Apply a light dab of oil (such as olive oil, coconut oil, or baby oil) to your hand. Rubbing again: Start rubbing your body with your oiled hand in circular motions. You'll notice the scrub starting to come off in flakes or "stripping" along with the dead skin. Continue: Keep scrubbing until you've removed most of the scrub and dead skin. Rinse and Moisturize: Rinse: Wash your body with lukewarm water only to remove any residue. Some people prefer not to use soap or shower gel immediately to preserve the scrub's natural oils. You can take a full shower with soap after an hour or more. Pat dry: Gently pat your skin dry. Moisturize: Apply a suitable moisturizing cream or oil (such as shea butter or almond oil) to further soften your skin.
