Description

Rich in calcium and vitamin D, which compensates for thyroid hormone deficiency, the contents of the 12.5g package are added to half a kilogram of honey and stirred well each time. One tablespoon of the mixture is taken at a time, stirred into half a cup of water, and drunk on an empty stomach, either before or two hours after a meal. The mixture is taken 2-3 times daily, depending on the need or severity of the condition. It can also be used as a gargle to treat throat and mouth infections. To prepare a decoction or infusion of the plant, steep one tablespoon of the powdered plant in a cup of boiling water for fifteen minutes, then strain and drink a small cup twice daily.
