How to make quinoa bread: Ingredients: 400g flour, 100g ground and sifted quinoa, 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, 60ml grapeseed oil or any other vegetable oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 eggs (approximately 120g), 1 tbsp instant yeast or 20g fresh yeast, 210ml warm water, 1 tsp salt, medium semolina for shaping the bread, oven tray dusted with semolina or flour. Preparation: Quinoa bread: Mix the flour, ground quinoa, sesame seeds, and oil, rubbing them together. Then add the honey and mix. Add the yeast and the water mixed with the eggs, kneading for about 5 minutes. Then add the salt and continue kneading for another 5 to 6 minutes. Place the dough in a tray lightly greased with oil, cover, and leave to rise until it doubles in size. Deflate the dough with the palm of your hand, then divide it into two or three pieces and shape them into balls. Place the balls on top of the semolina and roll them well to ensure they are completely covered. Spread the semolina dough evenly in a baking pan, cover it, and let it rise a second time until it doubles in size. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a sharp knife or razor blade, make a few slits in the surface of the bread and bake it directly in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven and the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool.
