Ingredients: Olive oil, distilled water, potassium hydroxide, indigo. Benefits and uses: 1- Skin lightening and evening: Indigo is known for its ability to lighten dark spots, pigmentation, melasma, and sunburn, helping to even out skin tone. 2- Effective exfoliation: It acts as an excellent natural exfoliant to remove impurities, dirt, dead skin, and accumulated dead cells, leaving the skin soft and silky. 3- Deep cleansing: It removes excess oil and toxins from the skin and deeply cleanses pores, reducing the appearance of blackheads and whiteheads. 4- Anti-aging: It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and tightens sagging skin. 5- Moisturizing and nourishing: Despite its exfoliating properties, it nourishes and moisturizes the skin, helps treat dryness, and gives the skin a healthy glow and vitality, thanks to its oils and vitamins (such as vitamin E). 6- Treating some skin problems: It may help reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and acne marks. How to Use Moroccan Soap: - Preparing the Bath: It is preferable to prepare the bath with warm steam to open the skin's pores. Moisturizing the Body: Sit in the warm bath for 10-15 minutes to warm the skin and open the pores. Applying the Soap: Take a suitable amount of Moroccan soap and apply it all over your body (avoiding the eyes) on damp skin. Waiting: Leave the soap on your body for 5 to 10 minutes to penetrate the pores. Scrubbing and Exfoliating: Rinse the soap off with warm water, then use a Moroccan loofah (glove) and scrub your body in firm, circular motions to remove dead skin. You will notice dark particles appearing; these are the remnants of dead skin. Rinse and Moisturize: Rinse your body thoroughly with warm water to remove all traces of soap and dead skin, then moisturize your body with any suitable natural oil or moisturizer.
