Benefits: It helps burn fat and thus lose weight easily; it cleanses the urinary tract and prevents the formation and passage of stones; it eliminates bacteria and fungi in the stomach and intestines, acting as a powerful antiseptic; the entire plant is used as a diuretic and to eliminate excess salts; it treats various menstrual disorders and some cases of infertility in women; it treats various forms of abdominal colic and expels gas; it is used for joint inflammation and rheumatism; and it is used to treat wounds in the form of poultices. How to use Alfalfa: Internal use: Add the contents of the package to one kilogram of honey and mix well each time. Take one teaspoon of the mixture at a time, mix it with half a cup of water, and drink it on an empty stomach, either before a meal or two hours after a meal. Take the mixture 2-3 times daily, according to your preference. For use as a tea for weight loss: Do not boil it, as its benefits and volatile oils are destroyed by boiling. Boil water thoroughly, pour it over the mixture, cover, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink the first cup in the morning, preferably adding a teaspoon of honey. For the other two cups, add a few drops of lemon juice. External use: Use as a poultice or compress to treat wounds.
