يستخدم لعلاج الربو وتخليص الجسم من النيكوتين 
 
 
	 - تضاف محتويات العبوه 12.5 جم على مقدار نصف كجم عسل نحل وتقلب جيدا فى كل مره ويؤخذ من المركب ملعقه كبيره فى كل مره وتقلب على مقدار نصف كوب ماء وتشرب على معده فارغه إما قبل الاكل او بعد الاكل بساعتين ويؤخذ من الخليط من 2: 3 مرات يوميا حسب الحاجه او قوة الاصابه. 
	 - يمكن ان يغلى الماء ثم يوضع عليه ملعقة من حب الرشاد ويشرب منها كأس على الريق وكأس في المساء ويمكن أن يحلى بالعسل . 
	 - او هناك طريقة أخرى للاستخدام بأخذ ملعقة صغيرة من مطحون حب الرشاد صباحا كل يوم ولمدة شهر فقط .

It is used to treat asthma and rid the body of nicotine. Add the contents of the 12.5g package to half a kilogram of honey and stir well each time. Take the mixture 2-3 times daily, depending on the need or severity of the condition. Alternatively, boil water, add a spoonful of garden cress seeds, and drink a cup of this infusion on an empty stomach and another cup in the evening. It can be sweetened with honey. Another method of use is to take a teaspoon of ground garden cress seeds every morning for one month only.
